<p>After the one-two punch of the recession and the H1N1 flu outbreak this year, any good news is welcome.  So we’re pleased to see that Mexico advanced in the World Bank’s Doing Business 2010 rankings on the ease of doing business.  Rising four rankings overall from 55 to 51, Mexico easily beat out Spain and Italy on the list, not to mention most other Latin American countries including rivals Brazil and Argentina.  For drill-down on the indicators considered and other detail, go here:  <a title="www.doingbusiness.org" href="http://www.doingbusiness.org" target="_blank">www.doingbusiness.org</a></p>
